A leading global manufacturing company
CONSULTANT:
Business Strategist with experience in establishing ODCs & GCCs. His expertise is in Strategy, Operational Excellence, Large Scale Distribute Global Delivery, CXO Engagement, building high performance leadership teams, Solution Architecture, P&L Responsibility.
ASSIGNMENT:
The client provides AMS and Infra support services to its global organisation. They were looking for an expert to assist with the following areas:
1. Consolidation of Service Offering in Application and Infrastructure Space.
2. Developing a Costing Model for Service-Based Application Management (AM) /Infrastructure Services (IS)
3. Productivity, KPI Measurement, and Continuous Improvement Process Based on ITIL.
4. Estimation Mechanism from Application Development (AD) to Application Management (AM) SLA Increase
OUTCOME:
The consultant was successfully onboarded and developed an intensive plan to build the applications & infra services framework, according to the ITIL principles.
