CONSULTANT:
The individual is an experienced independent consultant specializing in strategy and project management, providing support across a range of sectors, including education, agriculture, fintech, and media. He has guided start ups and mid-size firms through business plan development, market research, and fundraising efforts. He has demonstrated expertise in shared service centre set-up, business pivots, scaling ventures, and developing new revenue streams, with notable success in the EdTech and SaaS sectors. His past roles at Marsh McLennan and ZS Associates highlight strengths in business transformation, stakeholder management, and data analysis.
ASSIGNMENT:
The client was looking to bring on board an expert with a good consulting background, and with experience in the GCC space, to help transform and grow the company's GCC- by leveraging specialised talent and skills capabilities.
OUTCOME:
The Expert worked with the team closely and understand the organisation, its legacy and culture, and also be able to bring outside-in learnings on best practices in GCC scaleup.
