A foundry based out of North India into manufacturing of various products such as engineering & steel castings, forgings etc

Her expertise are in areas of Psychometric testing, Diagnostic Studies; Competency Mapping & Framework Design, Scientific Talent Acquisition processes, JD & KRA/KPI Design; Assessment/Development Centres; HR audits, Training & Leadership Development; Counselling, 360 Feedback; Performance Management System; Employee Engagement; Career Transition Services; Competency Based Interviews with PSU’s and fortune 500 companies across industry verticals.
ASSIGNMENT:
The key responsibilities for the HR expert:
1. Sensing - visiting the plant to assess 'as is' situation
2. Creating JD & KRA/KPI for various HOD roles
3. Creating employee engagement calendar
4. Training needs assessment
