Gen AI Consultant to improve client's existing MES product, and improve operational efficiencies

CLIENT:
The Capability Centre of a global construction and glass, abrasives manufacturing company
CONSULTANT:
A seasoned expert in the field of Generative AI, as well as ex VP at Accenture and an ex Principal Consultant at PwC. Recognized as a leading expert in AI, ML & Generative AI.
ASSIGNMENT:
The client was seeking an experienced Gen AI Consultant to drive use cases that enhance the client’s existing Manufacturing Execution System product, and improve operational efficiencies. This role involved collaborating with the internal team to implement AI Ops, leveraging SLMs and LMMs in this space.
OUTCOME:
The consultant was responsible for setting up AI infrastructure, developing AI-driven solutions, and integrating advanced AI technologies to optimise the client's MES.
