An Experienced strategic leader to support the CEO and drive business performance for a leading plastic manufacturing company

CLIENT:
Our client is one of the leading companies in Plastic manufacturing sector with a global presence.
CONSULTANT:
The selected consultant has 18+ years of experience in industry and consulting skills spanning pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and auto-component industries. He is a specialist in driving large and complex organization-wide strategic, transformational initiatives involving change management and senior stakeholder alignment. His past stints were with large organizations of repute like KPMG, Renoir Consulting, Castrol, Hindustan Unilever, Cipla, and Glenmark. He has hands-on experience in implementation of Lean Six sigma (LSS), TPM, TOC, BPR and agile methodologie and has Program managed large consulting interventions. He has extensive experience in partnering with CXO’s and facilitating change management.
ASSIGNMENT:
The Material handling division of the company had grown rapidly with increasing complexity given the number of plants, product lines and customers it served. The business had immense growth potential and it needed to evolve to realize this potential in terms of its strategy and operational processes. Specifically, the business needed to increase ROCE,EBITDA, cash flows and create a mechanism to more systematically pursue profitable growth avenues.
The Company was looking to bring on board an experienced strategic leader to be a thought partner and challenger to the CEO in growing the business. The leader, along with a small,high quality team, would bring deep, data driven insights around the performance of the business and help shape strategies, tactics and processes to drive performance to target levels. This was a Full Time Employment role.
OUTCOME:
The consultant has been successfully onboarded and will advise the company to improve their business processes, to increase EBITDA and cash flows and achieve higher Margins
