HR Recruiter to support the client with Sales hiring in Alco-Beverage sector

CLIENT:
An Alcohol-Beverage Manufacturing Firm
CONSULTANT:
A Talent Acquisition Expert with an MBA in Human Resource Management. He has hands-on experience in end - end recruitment cycle. His expertise spans across multiple industries like Consulting, FMCG(BPC) and Internet. He has handled recruitment for diverse roles and functions, specifically his time in MamaEarth for FMCG hiring, partnered with several campuses (Top 5 IITs) for Campus hiring. He has developed his skills purely in full cycle recruiting, campus hiring and stakeholder management.
ASSIGNMENT:
HR Professional to support day to day HR responsibilities

Responsibilities: 
- Sales hiring in the Alco-Beverage / FMCG space 
- Support the client with campus recruitment 
- Managing HR audits (internal + external), providing backend support, documentation. 
- Managing partners for Background Verification 
- Managing RPO team, work on self-sourcing targets, handle band 3 hiring 
- Will be expected to coordinate with key stakeholders, HRBP
OUTCOME:
The consultant is responsible for the end-to-end process of hiring and compliance, focusing on new hires induction, their assimilation into the new role through a well maintained feedback mechanism.
