Offshoring Expert to Review & Document GIC Operating Models

The GCC of a French Manufacturing Company
CONSULTANT:
A seasoned management consultant well-versed with entry to new markets, launching businesses, creating new products & services, driving profitable growth and solving business problems ranging from efficiency to customer engagement & retention. Led cross-geography engagement teams & managed transformation initiatives across India, US, UK, Asia, LATAM, Australia and MENA.
Successfully set up & grew transformation practices, with new business development (enterprise relationships), capability building (coaching & mentoring teams), and practice development (defining playbooks, creating offerings, training). He has expertise across industries - Banking and NBFC, Insurance (General, Life and Broking), Offshoring / GCCs, Automotive and Retail / eCommerce.
ASSIGNMENT:
The client was looking for a consultant with experience in the space of offshoring, to bringing some benchmark from services and GCCs. The proposed activities include:
Current state assessment, to identify the challenges faced by the delivery teams & their clients
To-Be Design, including synthesizing the feedback received, and creating a blueprint for each of the three operating models
Detailed design and documentation to implement the operating models, and eventually governance and Program office design
OUTCOME:
The consultant was onboarded successfully and assessed and documented the existing GIC models, identified improvement areas to enhance GIC performance, and facilitated seamless knowledge transfer and best practices for future operations
