CONSULTANT:
A dynamic and results-oriented HR Leader with 19+ years of progressive experience in human resources management. Passionate about fostering inclusive workplace cultures, driving organizational growth, and enhancing employee engagement. With a proven track record in strategic planning, talent acquisition, and leadership development, thrives on creating HR solutions that align with business goals and support a high performance environment. He has worked as HR Leader at Whirlpool Corporation, Head HR – Pantaloons and General Manager HR - Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail. Currently working as a Fractional CHRO for a Not for Profit organisation.
ASSIGNMENT:
The organisations HR team and practices have not kept pace with the recent growth, hence the Promotors wanted to bring on board a Flexible / Part-time CHRO to enable the following:
-Define the organisation structure and key roles at the next level (CXO level)
-Help define the talent strategy to attract and recruit this talent
-Help build a workforce plan - to enable the growth to the aspired level
-Define the PMS (performance management system) for the company, including KRAs for key roles and goal setting and review process
-Put in place an employee engagement plan, including rewards and recognition
-Work with the leadership / founders to guide on all people related strategies
OUTCOME:
The Onboarded Consultant brings a rich experience and in the span of 6 months his role is to streamline the HR and work on the GR Policy Review and HR Handbook creation, KRA and KPI Creation, Talent Acquisition Strategy, Learning and Development, Performance Management and Continuous Improvement
