Tractor Value Engineering workshop

CLIENT:
Client is a leading tractor and farm equipment manufacturer headquartered in India.
CONSULTANT:
The selected is a seasoned automotive value engineering and R&D subject matter expert with more than 25 years of experience in this domain. Having worked with leading tractor manufacturers across India, the expert brings rich knowledge and technology know-how to the project.
ASSIGNMENT:
The expert was thoroughly screened to ensure appropriate and updated knowledge on the tractor R&D trends and was then shortlisted for a 1-day workshop at the client manufacturing location. Workshop included doing a product tear-down activity alongside the client's R&D team and advising on new improvements that can help in cost reduction or efficiency improvement.
OUTCOME:
The shortlisted expert traveled to client's manufacturing location and conducted the workshop which was much appreciated for the depth of insights and novelty in ideas shared. The successful workshop was then transformed into a 6-month long advisory project partnering with client's R&D, manufacturing, and business teams.
