CONSULTANT:
The expert is a Finance professional with experience in Cashflow & Resource Management, Long Term & Working capital Funding, Factory Controlling &Costing & Budgeting. The expert has worked with Global MNC's, Manufacturing companies, International Trading, EPC, Indian MNC and the B2B/B2C/B2G segments.
ASSIGNMENT:
Our client was looking to engage a Finance professional to work closely with their CFO on a 3 months project and handle key responsibilities such as Business Case Financial Modeling, Competitive Benchmarking, Business Proposals Evaluation, Bid Costing Validations and Value Addition, designing the Operating Plan and Long-Term Business Plan along with MIS management.
OUTCOME:
