Senior HR lead for an Electronics manufacturing Company

ASSIGNMENT:
Set up the HR Function for the scaled up business

1) Handling the Resourcing & Talent Management Strategy and setup organization level hierarchy and structure, define policies, setup the recruitment framework including setting up of an initial team for HR function.
2) Compensation, Reward strategy & structure for the company employees
3) Setting up of HR policies, Integration of systems and processes, Performance Reward scheme to create alignment with the Group objectives
4) Oversee the functions of HR ops, Admin roles, payroll and compensation
5) Define the company strategic HR goals and define the core culture of the company
OUTCOME:
Handle the Resourcing & Talent Management Strategy and setup organization level hierarchy and structure.
