Our client is a product design engineering, research and development (R&D) company that also provides manufacturing capabilities as a service.
They are a design-focused, technology-driven electrical engineering company, offering cost-optimized smart solutions, spanning the spectrum of production from OEM to ODM. They serve multiple players in the consumer electronics market. They have expertise in manufacturing capabilities, including tech-engineering, PCB assemblies, system manufacturing, new product development, and product life cycle management.
CONSULTANT:
Our expert, a postgraduate in software technology from NCST, has 23+ years of experience in digital transformation project management and has served as IT business head in leading companies. He has contributed to the growth of IT technology for various businesses across retail, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, and logistics. He has led transformation projects by identifying IT & business gap assessments and designing solutions for them. ASSIGNMENT:
Our client has seen rapid growth in their business and wanted to scale up their IT systems and related infrastructure to support this growth. They needed an IT expert to evaluate their vendors, design the strategy/roadmap for new technologies to be implemented, and support their expansion plans. They wanted an IT expert who would create a Digital Transformation Plan for the company to achieve operational efficiency.
