CLIENT:
A leading F&B restaurant chain with operations in India, Dubai, and Bali
CONSULTANT:
A supply chain and Lean Six Sigma expert engaged to support the logistics operations of an F&B client
ASSIGNMENT:
To support the client’s supply chain and logistics operations by:

1) Collecting and analyzing purchase data across locations
2) Conducting spend analysis and performance reporting
3) Creating dashboards and one-page summaries for stakeholder presentations
4) Supporting cost optimization and benchmarking (RFQs, BOQs, L1 templates)
OUTCOME:
Established structured purchase data collection and reporting mechanism, delivered dashboards and cost optimization reports, enabling data-driven decision-making in procurement.
