CLIENT:
A leading Multinational Conglomerate
CONSULTANT:
A Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) & Masters from University of Texas. 14 years of experience in HR, Organizational Development and Learning and Development. She has developed competency frameworks for different roles and designed training programs targeting development of some specific competencies while working for manufacturing and financial services sectors. Also developed competency framework and assessment center focussed on assessing those specific competencies for internal promotions of a government bank. She has identified key competencies for C-Suite executives based on organization context, conducted psychometric assessments to assess those competencies and provided detailed reports to client for hiring regarding candidates strengths and development areas.
ASSIGNMENT:
Assignment 1– Client needs help identifying a OD consultant to assess the right framework for leadership Assessment and Development and Design & implement bespoke offerings.

Assignment 2 – Client needed help in digital transformation of Human Resources business services.
OUTCOME:
Outcome 1– Client was able to identify the right approach for developing future leaders within the organization which resulted in positively influencing succession planning. The client was able to get insights on the overall approach to turning people into leaders.

Outcome 2 – Digital transformation in HR improved employee experience and simplified business processes for client organization.
