ASSIGNMENT:
• To design a high impact on-boarding experience for leaders hired externally as well as transferred within the organisation.
• To design the framework for the on-boarding process
OUTCOME:
To manage the shift from ‘On boarding’ to ‘Integration’ – for leaders to become fully functioning member in first 100 days.
