CLIENT:
Big 4 consulting firm working for an end Client- Pharma Topicals Manufacturing company
CONSULTANT:
30 years of industrial experience in the Pharma Industry.  Key expertise in pharma and nutraceutical manufacturing industries to address their business problems and technical challenges, including product identification for exports, formulation, product development, packaging, R & D, quality assurance, business development. Her key areas of work are in oral controlled release and delayed solid formulations in pellets, tablets capsules and Topicals
ASSIGNMENT:
Reduction of timelines for overall R&D Process, through the Process Improvement guidelines for the Topical formulations. The scope of work includes formulating strategy /
approach and subsequent execution monitoring
OUTCOME:
-The client was able to get their project towards completion with detailed technical discussions and training, answering queries from the end client department heads.

-The trainings helped the clients to give industry best practices in the R&D transformation program. Continuous involvement with all levels in the organisation was appreciated by the end client, as the learning objectives could be assimilated in every day work.

The use of Digital technology which has become a buzz word for the pharma industry today, which they have introduced in R&D centres through their transformation software was a novel experience .
