- 30 years experience in the industry in the areas of Learning & Development, Productivity Improvement, Manufacturing Excellence, Corporate Training, Human Resources Management (HRM), Knowledge Management, Creating Learning Organisation, IR and TQM.
- He combines his Engineering Knowledge and his Human Capital Management methods to generate innovative methods of enabling people development.
- Expertise in the field of People capability development at all levels, Organisational design, Leadership Development ,Organisational Development (OD), Shop Floor Productivity improvement, and developing Management systems initiatives across all levels facilitating in building the skill level and also building systems and processes in the organisation.
- Driving Manufacturing excellence through people is one of his main areas of work as a professional.
ASSIGNMENT:
They are looking for a HR Expert to help in setting up and putting in place stronger HR practices and policies.

1. Organogram of the company, department wise
2. JDS for each positions - RRA matrix
3. Competency - skill matrix for each band (after Competency framework work)
4. Assumption documents for the org. structure
5. Band wise salary - max-Min
6. Standardization of grade and designation (along with the org. structure work)"
7. Formulation of KPI for all Staff (white colour)
8. KPI planning sheet for key KPIs
