Project Manager/ Consultant

CLIENT:
A Boutique Consulting Firm, based in Dubai. They are looking for an Expert Project Manager for Transformation and reengineering in the Manufacturing industry.
CONSULTANT:
- Ex Top tier Consultancy firm
- Has experience in the manufacturing industry
- Has very good knowledge of Supply chain, Procurement, Digital transformations.
- Should have good presentation skills for pitching to Clients and Stakeholders
- Core Program Management 10-15 yrs
- Good fit for their current Pyramid Structure which has Consultants from IIM, IMA etc
ASSIGNMENT:
- Pitching of solutions to Clients
- Carrying out Transformation and Reengineering the manufacturing process
OUTCOME:
- Expert worked on Modules related to the transformation of SPPC – likely procurement excellence, business plan creation, lean manufacturing excellence for a textile manufacturing client.
- Also was responsible for the Digital Transformation in the manufacturing process.
