Leader to oversee the HR function within a prominent Non-Profit organization

CLIENT:
India's leading not for profit organization that prepares youth for employment and entrepreneurship opportunities by working at the intersection of education and livelihood. The organization aims at integrating vocational education with mainstream education at secondary and higher secondary education level (Grade 9-12 and student Age 14 to 18).
CONSULTANT:
HR Expert with 30+ years of Experience across Industries. His areas of specialization in Human Resources is Leadership, Organisation Design, Performance Planning & Management, Talent Assessment, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefit, Planning, Executive Coaching Professional Expertise, HR Management Systems, Reward & Recognition Strategies, Employee Engagement Initiatives, HR Value Stream Mapping, HR Operations – Policies & Processes. He has worked for Bajaj Auto Finance Limited, Apple Finance Limited, Thermax Limited, Sandvik Asia Pvt Limited, ARamymond Fasteners India Pvt Limited.
ASSIGNMENT:
- Act as the CHRO and closely work with the founders as well as the board members
- Lead the HR function by streamlining & strategizing the organization's HR agenda
- To design the organization structure, capacity building and recruitment strategy
- Define high-level job descriptions, Understand the skill/competency gaps in the current organization and workforce
- Define a capacity-building roadmap; identifying the learning & development interventions required over the next few years
-Help improve the process on priority for current key vacancies Direct / work with the current team and hiring agencies to operationalize the process
- Define recruitment strategy and process
- Sourcing strategy, screening/selection process, onboarding, etc
OUTCOME:
The consultant has consistently been retained now for the third consecutive year, showcasing his ongoing commitment and continued contributions at the highest level
