Finance Expert with experience in Order to Cash (O2C) cycle from a FMCG/consumer products for a Transformation Project

CLIENT:
A leading consulting firm (Big4) working with a Dubai based company for a large transformation
CONSULTANT:
A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of working experience in India and Overseas in large Corporates: Indian and Multinational. He has had exposure to various aspects of Finance and Commercial functions with specialisation in the FMCG sector : Worked in Organisations such as A.F. Ferguson & Co (AFF), PwC, Reckitt Benckiser, GSK Consumer and Marico. He has held many positions in various Finance/Accounts/Commercial Roles at Corporate and Regional level such as Financial Planning & Analysis, MIS, Taxation, Treasury, Business Finance, Factory and Sales Accountant, Audit Closures etc. During his tenure he has vast exposure working with working capital management for various clients impacting transformations for the company.
ASSIGNMENT:
Expert is needed with good understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) cycle in a FMCG/consumer products company with experience in undertaking transformation projects and with Understanding of 'credit management' aspects
OUTCOME:
Client is looking for a transformation project to set up a robust O2C (order to cash) cycle
