CONSULTANT:
Expert with 4+ decades of experience in Automotive body and structures’ design. He was responsible for the complete design and development – from concept selection to market introduction – of the ACE mini-truck and has also worked on major design to series production projects for vehicles such as Safari, Magic, Super Ace, Venture, ZIP and IRIS, Winger family. He has worked for TATA Motors, Tata Technologies, Tech Mahindra and Auto Dynamics. He now advises independently
ASSIGNMENT:
Reducing costs by implementing new product design, exploring alternative materials, and conducting Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) assessments.
OUTCOME:
Suggestions on improvement of the existing vehicle design, areas for development, incorporating Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) analysis, and focusing on overall cost optimization.
