ASSIGNMENT:
Overall responsibility for the assessment, design and delivery of the shared services strategy programme for GS and Land & Property Management and Support other functions as necessary to ensure the overall success of the project to deliver it on time, in full and on budget..
OUTCOME:
The Expert assessed the GS and Land & Property Management operating model across the group level, the holding company and the OPCOs to understand the activities carried out. This will be done by conducting activity analysis and mapping FTEs, compiling volumetric data, and reviewing documentation. Played a key role in preparation for Steering Committee meetings by preparing discussion content such as design principles and master strategy, amongst others and make changes post-socialisation
