Salesforce Architect to work for a US firm in CET/CST timings

CLIENT:
US Industrial Equipment & Manufacturing Company
CONSULTANT:
Senior Salesforce Solution Consultant with experience in innovating CRM solutions to create solid foundations that empower Sales, Service and Operations teams to increase the revenue and profitability for Global companies.
ASSIGNMENT:
1. Responsible for the design & development on the Salesforce Dot Com & ServiceMax platform depending on the project requirements.
2. Participate in business process design for cross functional processes.
3. Expected to participate in team discussions outside of the Salesforce Dot Com depending upon project requirements.
4. Responsible for maintenance of the Platform too.
5. Resolution of issues arising out of normal operations.
6. Responsible for implementing best practices for Salesforce Dot Com administration and security practices.
OUTCOME:
The expert collaborated with the US manufacturing firm on a project for a German end client as their Salesforce Dot Com Architect and worked on the design and development on the Salesforce and ServiceMax platforms. Additionally, he worked with cross functional teams on their business process design.
