CONSULTANT:
An IT professional for more than 3 & half decades. Have been associated with organizations like Maruti Suzuki, Reliance and recently superannuated from Mahindra. He was the CIO - Enterprise & Corporate Functions at M&M
ASSIGNMENT:
A strategic PMO for an end-to-end digital transformation to guide leadership decisions, ensure program timelines, proactively manage risks and drive program outcomes.
OUTCOME:
The end-to-end digital transformation required program management- proactively identify and monitor program & workstream related risks, supported and identified inter dependencies between workstreams, leading regular program governance interactions with client leadership, consolidated various workstreams outputs to develop a program level view and regularly collaborate with multiple client (workstream owners, workstream champions, team members) & implementation
