CONSULTANT:
SAP FICA/ Convergent Invoicing consultant with in-depth knowledge in SAP Contract Accounts Receivables & Payables, Convergent Invoicing (BRIM) and good exposure to SAP Financials and Controlling. His expertise lies in mapping business requirements to SAP systems, proposing improvements in business processes to leverage advantages offered by SAP and designing and configuring the SAP systems. across diverse industry verticals such as Telecom, Utilities, Public Sector collections & disbursements, insurance and Transportation & Shipping
ASSIGNMENT:
Own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, work closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design.
OUTCOME:
During the project, the expert was successfully able to tackle various challenges to enhance the billing system and ensure its seamless operation. Firstly, he provided essential support for billing designs, adeptly adjusting configurations within the system as needed. Additionally, he took charge of creating new rate structures, refining the framework to align with organizational objectives. Moreover, the expert meticulously updated functional specifications for custom objects affected by migration, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions. To facilitate client understanding and collaboration, the expert conducted informative workshops on the billing module, prepared comprehensive documentation including Business Blueprint (BBP), and meticulously configured and tested various scenarios and scripts. Furthermore, he prepared functional specifications for custom-developed functionalities, optimizing system performance and user experience.
