ASSIGNMENT:
The client, a leading consulting firm, was dealing with one of the top manufacturers of household appliances. They are working on enhancing cost optimization strategies without compromising product performance across various product categories, including Ceiling Fans, Mixer Grinders, Water Heaters, and Air Coolers.
OUTCOME:
The expert was tasked with leading VAVE idea generation workshops, leveraging technical and commercial insights, providing aid in identifying potential suppliers for competitors within the industry, provide insights into the design and technology plans of proprietary parts for competitors, actively facilitate VAVE workshops to generate innovative cost-saving ideas, offer industry benchmarks on product specifications and optimization strategies leading to cost savings, among other areas.
