ASSIGNMENT:
1. Is it reasonable to expect PET bottle consumption in the PET Packaging Industry to grow at about 5% per year? How will this change / grow till 2040?
2. The penetration of rPET in relation to PET consumption is expected to be 15% in rigids and 1% in flexibles before 2025 mandate, is this reasonable? Can you suggest year-wise how this will change? What is the rPET penetration % for food-grade vs non-food grade bottles currently and before 2025?
3. From the government's target, 25-26 assumes a minimum 30% penetration for rigids and 5% for flexibles, but is this an achievable target? What about the upper limit of 60% and 20% respectively? How do we see this growing over years till 2040? What is the rPET penetration % for food-grade vs non-food grade bottles once the mandate kicks in after 2025?
4. "The market report estimates that the man-made fiber (MMF) market size will grow at an annual rate of 15%-20%, 77.5% of which will be polyester and 10%-15% of this will be rPET. Can you confirm if this approach and assumptions are correct? Can you share what growth rate we can assume till 2040?
5. Does this also include auto-textiles or should we estimate that demand separately?
