Management Consultant and Project Manager with 8+ years of experience. Led transformation ( digital & organizational) for business organization. Key focus areas are business transformation, procurement & operations optimization, digital toolkits, designing thinking workshops, detailed business strategies, design and implementation of environmental security innovators for ESG. Defined strategy for the development and operation of Command Control Centre. repared roadmap for delivery: prepared matrix to prioritize smart services implementation order and streamlined service ownership models. Prepared business strategy for expansion in Southeast Asia market for the organization.

ASSIGNMENT:
- Anchor the product profitability initiative, which would entail understanding profitability levers for the most critical products that the Client has.
- Work with the key stakeholders to identify and prioritise the levers (across RM, manufacturing costs, others etc)
- Implement them for upcoming campaigns
- Project is part of operations transformation agenda that Client is anchoring for the end Client (one of India's largest CRDMO firm)
