CLIENT:
A leading consulting firm (Big4) for their end client in Textiles
CONSULTANT:
Overall HR expert with 16 plus years of experience spanning across Insurance, E Commerce, Manufacturing, Consulting and IT/ITes. She is a well rounded HR Professional with more than a decade of experience in Business Partner Role. She is also highly skilled at HR Performance Management, Program Management and Change Management. Her strength is working with various stakeholders on multiple priorities and in a complex environment with ease. Her core skills lie in Organisation Design, Employee engagement, Talent management and Talent acquisition apart from other gamut of HR functions. She has worked with companies such as IndiaMart InterMesh Limited, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd., Thomas International, JK Paper, GHCL, Jindal Steel etc. She has got a well rounded exposure to Human Resources Function. With ICICI Prudential, she spent almost a decade and has been exposed to all facets of the HR domain with her extensive career span across locations in the company has helped in developing an impeccable understanding of the pulse of the organization. The understanding helps her in steering through and getting the people's agenda driven smoothly through the stakeholders. At IndiaMART INTERMESH Ltd. she was working as a Business HR Head managing the employee life cycle for 2000+ employees across 100 branch units across the country with team size of 50+ employees. managing the Shared Services of the whole organization and managing the entire life cycle for the employees including performance assessment, engagement, productivity enhancement, grievance redressal to mention a few processes. For the last 9 months, she played a lead role in transforming the HR team’s traditional way of working to program way of working for a fast growing organisation. From designing policies and framework to having a buy-in of all stakeholders for the change agenda, she has seen the entire lifecycle of the change and programme agenda.
ASSIGNMENT:
Providing advice and sharing client relevant best practices with PwC on the following topics as required across - Organisation Structure, Performance Management System and Rewards & Recognition
OUTCOME:
Designing the Organisation structure and KPIs, creating PMS Process and Templates, Creating Rewards & Recognition framework for white collar and blue -collar employees
and Templates for individual R&R Scorecard to drive Pay for Performance
