He has significant experience in Business Management, Growth, Logistics Management, Infrastructure and Technology. He has Advised clients in 3PL, Start-ups, Agri-Inputs, FMCG, Cold Chain, Ecommerce, Healthcare, and Technology.
ASSIGNMENT:
The client required an expert to help with optimization of SG&A/Indirect Cost for their beverages client, which includes Freight : Transportation of Bottles from Suppliers to Plants to Distributors, Manpower : Corporate, Plant White Collar, G&A : Travel, Admin Security Services, Manufacturing Overheads : Repairs and Maintenance, Spares and Consumables, Power & Fuel. The expert had to advise on Transportation Rates Optimization, Truck utilization, Route Optimization, Pan India network optimization for larger distributor footprint, and Productivity improvement
OUTCOME:
The specialist was expected to work alongside the case team, on-ground and conducting factory visits to contribute towards the SG&A/Indirect costs optimization work.
