ASSIGNMENT:
The Strategy Consulting firm was seeking a Procurement and Sourcing subject matter expert with experience in the pharmaceutical industry to conduct a half-day workshop for their internal team on Procurement savings and how these could be implemented in Pharma CDMO companies.
OUTCOME:
The workshop resulted in the team acquiring valuable insights and strategies, enabling them to optimize procurement processes effectively for their end clients.
