A leading Chain of Food and Beverage restaurants in India and Dubai
CONSULTANT:
A seasoned hospitality professional with over 7 years of experience in the industry, specializing in setting up and managing diverse restaurant formats. Currently, the Chef & Founder of a gourmet home kitchen offering South Indian and Pan-Asian dishes. Comes with proven expertise in menu planning, sourcing, customer relations, and kitchen management, ensuring efficiency, waste reduction, and food safety. As Brand Head for Hoppipola, Urban Deccan Pub, and HAY, led teams across 6 cities, achieving 25% year-on-year revenue growth.
ASSIGNMENT:
The client was looking for an Operations Lead from the hospitality industry to drive consistency and excellence in operational processes in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) food preparation and customer service across the different formats and brands that have been recently acquired as they expand. The project primarily involved completing playbooks, establishing process flows from supplier to customer delivery, and creating recipe books.
OUTCOME:
