Our client, a Big 4 consulting firm, was approached by a leading paper mill with a request to enhance their banknote paper production process. The client, specializing in consulting services, was tasked to address the key components and phases of a typical paper mill project, ensuring the quality and consistency of banknote paper production. Additionally, the client aimed to understand the environmental sustainability aspects of durable substrates, the types of packaging solutions offered for the secure transportation and storage of banknotes, and the core automation solutions and technologies provided for cash centers to enhance efficiency and security. The client also sought insights into the future of cash management for Cash in Transit (CiT) companies, as well as the requirements, current level of implementation, and challenges faced by banks during the ATM Cassette swap.
