CONSULTANT:
A Tourism & Infrastructure expert who strategized and led more than 120 + projects in the Tourism Sector across multiple geographies such as Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Odisha, Karnataka, Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
ASSIGNMENT:
- A philanthropic foundation that aims to accelerate India's economic growth to help improve the lives of all Indians was looking for a director/partner level resource with expertise in tourism.
- At the time they worked with limited states and were looking to expand to more states.
OUTCOME:
The expert provided her input and advisory on expanding in more Indian states and helped them design a growth strategy.
