Finance Consultant to work with the CFO of a Leading Housing Finance company part of a large Indian Conglomerate

Indian Multinational Conglomerate
CONSULTANT:
Finance professional with experience in cash flows, budgeting, and process re-engineering using automation tools like Power Automate. His expertise includes implementing database management systems for the lending process, designing, creating, and implementing new BI solutions for management reporting, and developing simple templates for various processes. He's proficient in conducting audits, GST and TDS returns filing, and ROC filings, they have handled internal audit, tax audit, and management information reports preparation across various industries.
ASSIGNMENT:
• Analyse and understand the economic and business environment. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions and trends
• Prepare Annual rolling budgets in coordination with all departments. Keep track of variances and action plan
• Interact at the highest levels of organization/s inside and outside organization
• Be involved in high-impact decisions making processes and projects of large magnitude, complexity and speed.
• Get involved with corporate functions and interact with operating businesses to enable effective co-ordination of various activities, influence outcomes and provide relevant
information and assistance to the CFO
• Position requires working with other teams without direct reporting team and ensuring good working relationship
• Data crunching, analysis and interpretation to come up with inferences.
• Collating data and creating presentations for the Senior Leadership team
OUTCOME:
The consultant worked closely with the CFO and the client team, successfully achieving all project deliverables.
