CONSULTANT:
The consultants have extensive experience in production, Quality Systems in MNCs as well as Indian Corporations mainly in Injectables, OSDs, Semi Solids, Oral Liquids, Project Management Software and Contract Manufacturing Management.
ASSIGNMENT:
The client was looking for experts from the pharmaceuticals industry with prior experience in setting up injectables plant and a clear understanding of the planning, machinery, wirelines, capex costs etc.
OUTCOME:
The two experts collaborated with the case team and facilitated the setup of the plant while optimizing costs.
