● Planning & implementing IT systems for resort operations
○ Evaluate the various off the shelf IT modules for operations of resorts,
restaurant, etc. and recommend the best option for MTDC
○ Requirement gathering discussions with MTDC team at head office,
regional offices, resorts
○ Draft RFP for the vendor selection
○ Oversee the implementation of the selected modules
○ Solution should have dashboards for middle and senior management
review from HO and RO
● Planning & implementing MTDC website & mobile app
○ Requirement gathering from MTDC team and develop the scope of work
for the solution provider
○ Either onboard a new vendor based on brief or work with existing vendor
and plan & implement new requirements
○ Draft RFP if new vendor is to be onboarded
○ Integrate with loyalty program being envisaged
○ Ensure linkages with resort operations systems
● Supporting with other IT contracts
○ Time and cost estimation for variation in existing hardware and software
contracts
○ Other IT advisory support to MTDC as required
