PMO Lead -"OneCRM" Program for an Indian Conglomerate

Indian multinational conglomerate headquartered in Mumbai
CONSULTANT:
Experienced FMCG Sales and Distribution Expert with hands on experience in Cross-Functional Team Leadership, Channels, and Key Account Management. He's proficient in Strategy planning, P&L, Cost Optimization, Retail Operations Excellence, Salesforce Productivity, Capability, and Automation, along with Business Analytics.
ASSIGNMENT:
The client was leading an ongoing Salesforce-led digital implementation program, "OneCRM," focusing on the front end of the business, with Salesforce as the platform. It had been rolled out to 5 of their 14 businesses. They were looking for a PMO lead for the "OneCRM" program who is a Sales and Distribution expert with experience in program management.
The key responsibilities were as follows:
-Business stakeholder engagement and alignment
-Demand-supply balancing
-Helping drive the business case definition/success framework and KPI adoption for different business units
-Governance, tracking, and reporting on the program plan, timelines, milestones, etc.
-Prioritizing enhancements/feature requests from the business
-Overseeing the Centre of Excellence (CoE) team to ensure the smooth delivery of enhancements and solutions.
OUTCOME:
The client team was satisfied with the consultant's work, and after multiple extensions, the contractual engagement was converted to a recruitment.
