Customer & operations practice of a Big4 consulting firm in India
End Client: One of the oldest pump manufacturing companies in India,
CONSULTANT:
Sales and Marketing professional with expertise in channel distribution & channel expansion. Experience of working with companies such as Asian Paints, Berger, Akzo Nobel, Pidilite, JK Cement & Diageo
ASSIGNMENT:
- To establish new dealers in tier 2 & 3 states of India
- To provide end to end training support to channel partners to sell and promote industrial & agri pumps to customers
- To source out the lists of dealers presently into the pump business in parts of Central India
- To schedule in-person meetings with dealers and establish relationships and business
- To chart out the best dealer deals & close the same, working with the leadership team representing the end client
OUTCOME:
- A total of 147 dealers across 15+ districts were met in person
- 5 states across Central India were covered
