ASSIGNMENT:
The client was seeking a Sales Transformation Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join the project team. The team would consist of Analysts, Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers, and the Sales Transformation SME. The objective of the project was to identify practical improvement levers to enhance net realization in the following areas:

-Price Realization Improvement
-Sales Volume Enhancement
-Supply Chain Cost Reduction

The project would focus solely on the AP & Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala markets.
OUTCOME:
The project team successfully identified the gap areas and developed a comprehensive solution design with a clear implementation roadmap with the assiatance of the consultant.
