Senior IT Professional with 39 years of industry experience. He has worked with technology-focused organizations, leveraging technology to create superior business models and reengineer processes. He has been associated with organizations like Maruti Suzuki, Reliance, and Mahindra, where he held the position of CIO - Enterprise & Corporate Functions.
ASSIGNMENT:
The client was working with a downstream oil and gas company (refinery and marketing) with a team spread across Mumbai, Gujarat and Hyderabad.
- Their IT team currently was skilled in business application, app development, app support, info sec, SAP, enterprise architecture, data center and digital.
- There are team members at leadership level as well as department head and individual contributor role.
- Technical assessments were to be done for the above ~65 individuals in all.
- The assignment would include client conversations, understanding their roles & requirements, designing & finalizing the technical framework.
OUTCOME:
The subject matter expert (SME) assisted the end client in designing a framework for technical assessments
