ASSIGNMENT:
The client's Payments Transformation practice working with Banks, Non-Banks, Fintechs, Payment Operators within India as well as other geographies needed consultation services within the Payments domain. They were looking for a consultant to provide them with insights on the following:
-Estimating the investment amount required for setting up PVC and Metal Cards manufacturing in India.
-Tentative costs for all key cost headers, focusing on payment cards for banks.
-Location recommendations to set up the facility and outline the criteria for consideration.
-Determining the recommended approach: Setting up of a new unit, establishing exclusive partnerships, or acquisitions. Evaluating the estimated difference in costing/investment under each approach.
