ASSIGNMENT:
Client is looking for an expert to -
- Conduct a diagnostic of the cotton procurement for the manufacturer
- Identify technical & commerical levers to reduce cotton procurement costs
- Identify levers to improve reliability of the cotton supply chain
- Support data analysis leveraging rich on-ground practical experience
- Help drive client alignment for implementation of identified opportunities
- Help secure & share benchmarks and practices followed in industry leading organizations
