IndusGuru is excited to introduce our New Referral Benefits Program designed to reward our empaneled consultants for their valuable referrals of expert talent to IndusGuru. This program aims to acknowledge both niche skill referrals for live project needs and recommendations of other experienced professionals who could benefit from our platform.

Program Highlights:

Eligibility:
  • Referring consultants must be empaneled with IndusGuru.
  • Referred consultants must also be empaneled on our platform.
  • The referred consultant must complete their first engagement within one year of the referral date.

    • Eligible engagements include:

    • Expert Calls or SME Advisory
    • Long-term Flexi-Staffing (3 months or more)
    • Full-time Recruitment

IndusGuru would like to appreciate successful referrals by sharing the value with our referring expert consultants – based on the type of engagement that the Referee gets successfully deployed on.

Referrral Benefits:
  • Expert Calls and SME Advisory: Receive INR 8,000 for the first successful consultation, provided it occurs within one year of the expert's empanelment.
  • Long-term Flexi-Staffing (3 months or more) or Full-time Recruitment: Receive INR 20,000 for successful deployment/onboarding by a client provided it occurs within one year of the expert's empanelment.

Note:
  • Payouts will be processed in the month that we receive the first collection from the client.
  • This program will be applicable to all new referrals made after its launch.
  • IndusGuru appreciates your continued support and expertise in helping us build a strong network of Expert Consultants.
