• Create a USA office for OVL (ONGC Videsh Ltd) which is the Overseas side of National Oil Company of India or ONGC. They have 35+ E&P assets in 17 countries. My responsibilities were to set it up from scratch. Hired an exceptional team of 7. Geologists, geophysicists, reservoir engineer and petrophysicist. All have a PhD with 15 - 30 years with Major oil companies. I managed / supervised this team. We evaluated exploration and production assets. And bid on new assets (such as in Mexico and Russia).
• Evaluated Velasquez oilfield operated by MECL in Colombia. It is a JV between OVL and SINOPEC. Studied Waterflooding options, EOR (Polymer, Alkaline, Surfactant) options.

• Modeled two challenging deepwater fields: during Pre-Development and Post-Development phases, Aseng (Oil field) and Alen (Condensate). Both multi-billion dollar projects. Prepared FDP, Assisted History-matching, Uncertainty Analysis, Probabilistic Forecasting, Rate and Recovery Optimization; Created innovative solutions using Petrel RE / Eclipse / MEPO / Cougar Flow. Modeled Carla, Diega, Yo-Yo/Yolanda (Gas field).
• Evaluating an EOR project (ASP or Polymer or Brightwater) for Aseng. Collaborating with TIORCO and Dr Gary Pope of UT Austin, among others.
• Worked with geophysicists to evaluate 4D seismic program using Eclipse.
• Worked with oilfield service companies to evaluate a Digital Oilfield system.
• Provide expert advice and review all of Noble’s simulation studies, including Noble’s major gas discoveries in Israel (Tamar, Dalit, Leviathan) and domestic assets such as Niobrara (DJ Basin) and Marcellus shale. Advised Denver office on benefits of Microseismic.
