Responsibilities assigned were to drive operational excellence to bring the plants at par with best in the class, reduce cost by 5% and drive system driven NPDs across multiple businesses to achieve revenue growth with sustainable bottom line

Role - Sr Manager Material Management
Played a strategic role in Material Management Division with close interactions with the Director (Operations) while implementing the following projects:
*Inventory visibility at all stages within plant.
* Staggered scheduling by implementing JIT & returnable packaging in the plant: worked closely with suppliers & functions such as PD, Quality, Manufacturing etc.
