The program involved data analysis and hypothesis building coupled with focussed ideation sessions to generate opportunities. Once the opportunities were confirmed, clear charters were drawn up clearly identifying the milestones and delivery responsibilities. Various such initiatives were managed by me as the Program Lead to ensure the results desired at an overall level for the organization. It also helped me enormously as a Manager - understanding insights of the business as a whole, appreciating the latest techniques on data analysis, change management dynamics in leading such transformations and also program/project management techniques.
