• Chief Engineer and Design In-charge of two big Product Platforms of Tata Motors:
1. Medium and Heavy Commercial Buses: Responsible for Design and development of all M& HCV buses made by Tata Motors. Heading Engineering Research Centre Lucknow (120 people). Sales volume last year is 9000 crores ($1.8 Billion).
2. Heading Product Development of the Prima Platform: The product line has trucks, tractor-trailers, and tippers from 11-49 tons. The project sales expected to be $3 Billion by the year 2016. The products are being launched in 20 countries and are manufactured in Korea and India.
• In-charge of Fuel Cell, Hybrid buses, Electric Vehicles (EV) in Tata Motors. Developed Autonomous Bus. Partnered with IISC Bangalore to develop Fuel Cell Bus. The project received funding from DSIR.
• Heading Product Strategy committee for Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicle from engineering side. The committee works to develop a winning and pragmatic strategy that meets the company’s business objectives and regular monitoring of the same. Regular review of M & HCV Competition Analysis and global market trends. Product conceptualization and execution. Concept to launch and post launch responsibility. In effect have the ownership of this range right from strategic planning to the end of the product life cycle.

• Driveline Integration: Design and Integration of Engine Cooling, Air Intake, Exhaust, Fuel Intake and Engine Mounting.
