After +25 years of corporate stints in various finance and business leadership roles across Asia-Pacific, in organisations like HT Media (Hindustan Times), Perfetti Van Melle, Gillette and Ranbaxy, Sandeep ventured independently with Value-Unlocked in 2017. As the CEO at Value-Unlocked, Sandeep's consulting work focuses on helping companies deliver on their transformation agenda through interventions around route-to-market, portfolio optimisation, operational efficiencies, leveraging industry-ready technology solutions, cost savings, and organisation re-design. As a Coach, Sandeep works primarily with CXOs on 1-1 engagements around behaviours, competencies, and business challenges – and also with aspirational business owners who want to scale up, innovate, professionalise and create an owner-independent business. In addition, Sandeep engages extensively with start-ups as a mentor-investor-advisor, directly or through incubators/accelerators (IIMs, American Centre, Villgro Foundation). Besides his qualifications as a finance and management professional (CA, CIA), Sandeep is an ICF Credentialed Professional Certified Coach, a Marshall Goldsmith certified coach, Peter Hawkins certified systemic and team coach, Forbes Coaches Council member, Lumina practitioner and a certified Hogan assessor. Sandeep is an avid writer and has contributed articles to ET CFO, Money Control, Coaching World, HR Katha and Forbes Council. He has recently authored a book, Chase the Change, which is about personal growth and draws heavily on his learnings as a Coach.
