• As a member of the Global HR Executive Leadership Team, contribute to the strategic direction of HR across Air Products alongside determining and delivering the Middle East, India, Egypt, Turkey strategic growth initiatives
• Lead all M&A activities, JV’s implementations with the local and regional HR team in a compliant manner, by partnering with the relevant functions during pre-planning, due diligence and implementation phases

• Responsible for the region of Middle East, Africa and India as HR Director, my role was to provide leadership and strategic direction in setting up the HR function, driving core functional work processes and programs to cover L&D, C&B, talent acquisition, change management and talent management.
• Reporting to the VP of HR, I was responsible for approx. 1000 workforce across multiple locations, ensuring the company values and standards are followed, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations through the local HR team.
• Specifically focused on re-evaluating HR support in Egypt and India and setting up new businesses in Qatar and Oman.
